30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at solraeswim@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Return Address: We will provide you with the return address and a return shipping label.

Important: Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at solraeswim@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)

Sale Items & Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
